Cultivated Community Foundation's mission is to provide a comprehensive Hemp education program for students and families. Visiting inner city schools and communities, CCF teaches New York State Hemp regulations, compliance practices, and health and safety standards. Beyond education, CCF provides meaningful, action-oriented social movements like their most recent back-to-school drive, sponsored in part by Power 105.1 radio personality Angela Yee, teen vision board workshops, and art courses taught by professional artists in painting, drawing, photography, and more.

Esther is no stranger to titles. She is a certified Mental Health First Aid for Youth & Adults and recently was named the 1st VP of Community Education in District 29, Southeast Queens. Raised in Queens, NY, Esther personifies her neighborhood's resilience and speaks on behalf of its constituents' concerns. In March of 2021, she received her certification via Leafy Green Agency for completing the Dispensary Agent Training Program & The Medical Marijuana Masterclass.
Most days, you can find Esther at BRIC Arts Media, a non-profit arts organization anchored in downtown Brooklyn. She serves as the Community Media and Special Projects Manager. And last, but first on her list of titles is mom.
